Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 1/4 lb.) pkg. oreo cookies, crushed, 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 2 c. low-fat milk, 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat whipped topping and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush cookies and set aside.
Blend 2 packages vanilla pudding, 2 cups milk and whipped topping.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, blend margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix both creamy mixtures together.
In an 8-inch diameter plastic flower pot, layer ingredients in this order
1/3 of the cookies, 1/2 of the creamy mixture, 1/3 of the cookies, 1/2 of the creamy mixture and cover with the remaining 1/3 of cookies.
Place silk flowers in the center to make it look like a potted plant and keep the secret until serving time.
Serve on dessert plates with a flourish and a clean garden shovel.
