Dirt Cake
Dirt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 (20 oz.) bags oreo cookies, 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 2 3/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. powdered sugar and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Scrap centers from Oreos.
Crush Oreos in a food processor; set aside.
Mix pudding and milk; set aside.
Cream or mix sugar, cream cheese and margarine, fold into pudding.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Place 1/2 crushed cookies on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish, spread mixture over cookies, then spread the other 1/2 of cookies on top.
