Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Add chocolate pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

Mix well.

Grind Oreo cookies in blender.

Layer pudding mixture and ground cookies in a clean flowerpot lined with aluminum foil.

Stick in a few artificial flowers; freeze.

Take out of freezer at least 2 hours before serving.
