Dip-Spicy Appetizer
Dip-Spicy Appetizer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice, 1 c. chicken or beef broth, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
In small saucepan, blend reserved juice, broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and pepper.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
Stir in pineapple.
Serve hot or cold with cocktail franks, ham cubes, bread sticks or vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
