Dip and Chip Chicken
Dip And Chip Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken thighs, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 bag potato chips (flavors to your taste, i.e. barbecue, sour cream and onion, etc.) and oil to coat pan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix eggs and milk together.
Crush potato chips.
Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in crushed potato chips.
Place in pan; bake for 20 minutes.
