Dinner Salad
Dinner Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch cauliflower, 1 bunch broccoli, 8 carrots, 3 tomatoes (large) and 1 head lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chop broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce and tomatoes. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
Grate carrots and add to vegetable mixture.
Stir in cheese and meat.
If adding the hard-boiled eggs, slice them and mix into vegetables. Mix with Miracle Whip and refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with crackers or toast.
