Dinner Rolls Italiano
Dinner Rolls Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, 1 c. milk and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, active dry yeast and Italian seasoning.
Heat milk, water, sugar, butter and garlic salt until warm, 115° to 120°.
Add to flour mixture.
Add eggs. Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute.
Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
Stir in Parmesan cheese.
Using an additional 3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, add as much as you can stir.
Turn out on floured surface and knead in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
Shape into ball.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, 45 minutes.
