Dinner Rolls
Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. warm water, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3/4 c. lukewarm milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Knead until dough becomes smooth and elastic; no longer than 5 to 10 minutes!
Place in greased bowl, grease top of dough and cover with wax paper; let rise in warm place (80° to 85°) until doubled (1 to 1 1/2 hours); punch down and form into rolls of desired shape.
Place in greased pan and let rise until doubled (30 to 40 minutes).
Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 minutes.
