Dilly Salmon Loaf
Dilly Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices), 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 3 tbsp. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape into loaf.
Place in greased, shallow baking dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers.
