Dilly Casserole Bread

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine in bowl the remaining ingredients, except flour, with yeast.
Add flour.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled.
Knead with a little flour and turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes and golden brown. Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with a little salt.
