Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture; moist dough is formed. Allow to rise (about 1 hour place) until doubled. Put 1/2 cup flour on clean surface knead dough. Put a large oiled casserole. until doubled, approximately 1/2 hour. Bake at 350Β° for
50 minutes. While hot, brush with melted butter sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
