Dilly Bread
Dilly Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Use 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Stir in cottage cheese, sugar, egg (unbeaten), butter and salt. Add flour.
Mix well using your hand.
Let rise 50 minutes. Remove from dish and punch down.
Wash casserole and grease well. Return dough.
Let rise again for 50 minutes.
