Dilly Bread
Dilly Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~), 1 c. cottage cheese (i put mine in blender; warm it), 1 tbsp. oleo and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; let stand 10 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, oleo, salt, sugar and baking soda.
Stir. Add onion, dill, egg and softened yeast.
Beat well.
Add flour gradually.
Cover with wet cloth.
Let raise in warm place until double in bulk.
Stir dough down, knead and pinch into loaf pan proportions.
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
