Dill Seed Bread
Dill Seed Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water, dissolved, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. cottage cheese (warm, not hot), 2 tbsp. butter or oleo (not whipped) and 2 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all together and beat well.
Let rise to double.
Punch down.
Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour and knead well.
Shape into 2 loaves.
I use 2 medium sized bread pans.
Let rise to top of pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Butter and salt top of crusts.
Cover tightly with foil.
These make great toast.
