Dill Sandwiches
Dill Sandwiches is an moderately easy dinner. Made with large dill pickles (approximately 8 to 10), large loaf roman meal bread, small white onion, minced, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Trim crust off bread.
Mix onion, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Cut each pickle into even strips (usually 6).
Spread cream cheese mixture over slice of bread.
Place strip of pickle in middle of bread and roll up.
Refrigerate rolls overnight. Before serving, slice each roll with an electric knife into approximately 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.
Serves 60.
