Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. water, 1 qt. cider vinegar, 1 c. rock salt, 2 heads dill and 1/4 tsp. alum, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In each jar, put 2 heads of dill, a clove of garlic, alum and cucumbers.
Bring water, vinegar and salt to boil.
Pour over pickles and seal.
Turn upside-down for 3 to 4 hours.
Ready to eat in 6 weeks.
