Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. vinegar, 3 qt. water, 1 c. canning salt, 2 dill sprigs (to each qt. of pickles) and 1/4 tsp. alum (to each qt. of pickles), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash cucumbers; put dill in bottom of each jar.
Place cucumbers neatly in jar.
Bring vinegar mixture to boil.
Pour over cucumbers. Add alum. Put on lids.
Set aside to cure for 6 weeks.
Mixture can be saved to use for next batch.
