Dill Pickles
Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. cucumbers, fresh dill heads, red peppers, small onion and 2 or 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Wash cucumbers.
Cover with water and soak overnight in refrigerator.
Drain and dry.
Put grape leaf in bottom of jar; add 3 heads of dill, garlic, red pepper and onions.
Pack cucumbers in jars.
Bring vinegar, 3 pints of water and canning salt to a boil. Pour over cucumbers and seal.
Do not open for 6 weeks.
