Different Meat Loaf
Different Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 diced green pepper and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion, pepper, garlic and celery.
Add rest of the ingredients, saving half the tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Spray 3-quart baking dish with Pam, then add ingredients.
Top with half the paste and tomatoes.
Bake at 400° for 1 hour, covered, then 30 minutes at 350°, uncovered.
Cool in pan.
Turn out on platter to slice.
