Dieter's Pineapple Muffins
Dieter'S Pineapple Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk, 4 slices white bread, 4 medium eggs, 8 tsp. margarine and 6 packets sweet 'n low, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine dry milk and bread, made into small pieces.
Mix in the eggs.
Melt margarine; add to ingredients.
Add sweetener, baking powder, extract and pineapple (add some of the juice, too). Pour into Teflon or sprayed muffin tins.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until brown.
