Dieter's Cornbread
Dieter'S Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. stoneground, yellow cornmeal, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 c. cultured nonfat buttermilk, 1/3 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and soda in a medium bowl.
Stir well.
Add beaten egg and buttermilk.
Stir until smooth.
