Diet Pumpkin Pie
Diet Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. sweet & low, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Beat egg whites until just foamy.
Add pumpkin; beat till well mixed.
Add sugars, sweetner, spices, salt, and Milnot.
Mix well. Pour in 9-inch unbaked low fat pie crust.
Bake 450° for 10 minutes then 350° for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
Serve with low fat whipped topping.
