Diet Mexican Dip
Diet Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz. each) cans refried beans, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce and 2 c. plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place the beans, taco seasoning and olives in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until ingredients are blended and hot.
Pour mixture into 8 x 12 x 2-inch casserole.
Spread the taco sauce over the bean mixture. Place the casserole in the freezer for 1 hour or until taco sauce is somewhat solid.
