Diana's Holiday Punch
Diana'S Holiday Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. sugar, 4 c. water, juice from 1 lemon, 2 qt. pineapple juice and 2 qt. cranberry juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Bring sugar and water to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; add juices and almond extract.
Freeze.
Just before serving, put frozen punch in bowl and add ginger ale. Garnish with apple slices.
For decorative touch, cut a star shape from apple slices with a small cookie cutter.
Makes about 70 (4 ounce) servings.
