Made with 6 to 8 ice cubes (or more for thick shake), 1/2 cup milk (2% or skim), 6 pkg. equal, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 banana or 1/2 c. fruit of your choice, optional, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
