Diabetic Jello
Diabetic Jello is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 3/4 c. unsweetened fruit juice, 1/2 c. fructose and fresh or juice packed unsweetened fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat fruit juice to boiling. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add fructose.
Stir until dissolved.
Add 1 cup Fruit-Fresh or unsweetened canned fruit except fresh pineapple.
Gelatin will not jell with fresh pineapple.
