Diabetic Easter Fudge
Diabetic Easter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. artificial liquid sweetener and 1 small pkg. vanilla or chocolate diabetic pudding powder or 8 tsp. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
Add evaporated milk and stir for 2 to 3 minutes, then add vanilla and sweetener. Spread on small foil pan or plate.
Chill.
Cut into 8 small pieces.
Form into egg shaped ball and roll lightly in pudding powder or nuts.
