Diabetic Cake
Diabetic Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. weight watchers margarine, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. liquid sweetener, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs, margarine, sweetener and vanilla together.
Sift flour with soda, cloves and cinnamon.
Add to first mixture.
Fold in raisins, applesauce and nuts.
Pour into a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Divide cake into 25 equal portions.
Each portion equals
1 bread, 1 1/2 fat and 1 fruit exchange.
