Cook raisins in 2 cups water.
Drain and reserve liquid. Blend next 5 ingredients.
Stir into raisins.
Add remaining ingredients including raisin liquid.
Mix well and pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in top.
Makes 18 servings.
