Diabetic Angel Macaroons
Diabetic Angel Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. one step angel food cake mix, 1/2 c. sugar-free strawberry flavored carbonated beverage, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. almond extract and 2 c. unsweetened coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, carbonated beverage and extracts on low speed for about 30 seconds, then at medium speed for 1 minute, scraping sides of bowl.
Fold in coconut and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool and store in airtight containers.
