Deviled Underwood Quiche
Deviled Underwood Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans underwood deviled ham, 1 c. swiss cheese, grated, 1/3 c. onion, chopped, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread deviled ham in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle on grated Swiss cheese and chopped onion.
Beat eggs, then beat in light cream, salt and nutmeg.
Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 15 minutes at 425°.
Reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
