Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. mustard (plain), 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and continue for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and replace with cool water for eggs to cool.
Remove shell from eggs.
Cut eggs in half (lengthwise) and remove the yolk.
Place the yolk in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and pickles.
Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into a pocket of each egg half and sprinkle paprika on top.
Makes 12.
