Deviled Crabs
Deviled Crabs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 4 tbsp. butter, melted, 2 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually, cooking until thick, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Stir small amount of hot sauce into egg, blending well; then add to sauce. Add parsley and crabmeat.
Place in well-greased shells.
Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
