Devil's Food Cake
Devil'S Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 2 1/2 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. soft butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt chocolate over hot water; let cool.
Sift flour with soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat at high speed on electric mixer the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for about 3 minutes, until light and smooth.
At low speed, beat in chocolate. Beat in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk.
Beat in water until smooth.
Pour into 3 greased pans.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
Frost as desired.
