Devil's Food Cake
Devil'S Food Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 3/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. cocoa, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 2 round pans, 9 x 1 1/2-inch or rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
In large mixer bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
Remove from mixer; stir in coconut, nuts and boiling water (batter will be thin).
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans, 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Frost with Coconut Frosting.
