Dessert Pizza
Dessert Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tube sugar cookie dough, prepared, 6 oz. chocolate chips, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 6 oz. chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) and 2 (3 oz.) caramel or butterscotch topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cover a pizza pan or cookie sheet with foil.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Roll out the cookie dough into the shape of a round pizza. Bake in oven until done.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top of pizza cookie with chocolate chips, nuts, marshmallows and drizzle topping over all.
Return to oven and broil (400°) until toppings melt (2 to 3 minutes).
Remove and allow to cool before cutting into wedges to serve.
