Demon Cake
Demon Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 sq. baking chocolate, 3 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 3 c. sifted cake flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt the chocolate over simmering water.
Cream together the butter and 2
1/4 cups sugar.
Add the melted chocolate to this mixture.
Sift the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together and add alternately with buttermilk.
Add well beaten egg yolks and stiffly beaten whites mixture. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Pour the batter into three well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
