Mix together powdered sugar, granulated sugar, margarine and oil, then add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Make into 1-inch balls.
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Yields 6 dozen.
