Deluxe Pineapple Mold
Deluxe Pineapple Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pineapple, 2 c. pineapple juice, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 c. sugar and 3 envelopes knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Bring pineapple juice and fruit, lemon juice and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat and add gelatin.
Let mixture cool until partly set, then add grated cheese and whipped cream.
Place in 12 to 14 individual molds and chill until firm.
Serve with following dressing.
