Deluxe Pecan Pie
Deluxe Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 1/2 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
In small bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter or margarine, syrup and cream.
Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into a pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden brown.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
