Delmonico Potatoes
Delmonico Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 medium size potatoes, 1 1/4 c. light cream, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes as thinly as possible and chop.
Place in small baking dish with cream and butter.
Add the seasonings.
Cook on top of the stove for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cheese and place under a broiler for 3 minutes.
Dish is done when the cheese is brown and bubbly.
Serve at once.
