Made with 2 c. stove top flexible stuffing mix, uncooked, 1 (12 oz.) jar heinz homestyle brown gravy, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except bell peppers.
Cut peppers lengthwise and hollow out.
Fill stuffing mix and place in baking pan or microwave-safe dish.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 additional minutes.
