"Delicious" Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with white or yellow cake mix, 4 c. cut rhubarb, 2 c. sugar and 1 carton whipping cream (the kind found by milk, half and half, cow's cream), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cake as directed.
Put into pan as directed.
Then on top of unbaked cake, add rhubarb.
Over top of that, sprinkle sugar, then pour whipping cream over top of cake.
