Delicious Potatoes
Delicious Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 32 oz. frozen hash browns, 1 can cream of celery soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 packet cheese mix (from macaroni and cheese box), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large saucepan, heat soup, sour cream, cheese, cheese mix, margarine and milk.
Add potatoes.
Pour into 3-quart oblong pan.
Top with extra cheese and buttered cracker crumbs. Casserole can be refrigerated for 1 hour.
I have used regular potatoes in this recipe.
Boil 12 potatoes whole for 25 minutes. Remove skins and dice up.
