Delicious Chocolate Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, plain, 1 stick oleo, 3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and flour in a bowl.
In a boiler bring the oleo, cocoa, water and Crisco to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute and pour into dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, vinegar, eggs, soda, vanilla and mix.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 11 x 16 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
