Clean and wash chicken.
Mix all of the ingredients and season the chicken with the mixed ingredients well.
Place the chicken in a well-greased baking in the covered baking pan for 2 hours at 350Β°.
Remove the cover and bake an additional 1/2 hour, chicken become a golden brown.
It might become golden brown in less time than the suggested half hour. If remove from oven and serve when convenient.
