Beat well the oil and eggs.
Add vanilla, sugar, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix apples, 1/4 cup flour, nuts and coconut fold into batter.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 70 minutes, or bake
13-inch cake pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
