Deitrich's Potatoes
Deitrich'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. chicken stock, 2 c. heavy cream, 8 tbsp. or 1 stick butter, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a saucepan, combine chicken stock, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, milk, basil and garlic.
Heat until sauce thickens slightly.
Peel potatoes and slice 1/4-inch thick.
Butter 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.
Place potatoes in dish.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour.
