Deer Stew
Deer Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 lb. deer meat, 2 large onions, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 3 tbsp. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat; cut into pieces in bacon fat.
Add 2 large onions, sliced.
Continue browning.
When nicely browned, stir in 3 tablespoons flour.
Place in baking dish and add vinegar, catsup, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover meat with water and bake at 375Β° for 2 to 3 hours or until tender, adding water as needed to keep meat covered.
When done, thicken gravy and serve.
