Deer Jerky
Deer Jerky is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. liquid smoke, 1/4 c. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cover strips of venison completely with sauce.
Soak meat for 6 to 8 hours in sauce in glass bowl.
Put foil in bottom of stove, hang strips on oven racks on toothpicks.
Push the toothpicks through one end.
Heat oven to 170° or 200°, leave them for 4 hours.
